Mumbai Hara Mutton Keema Masala with Rice | बाॅम्बे हारा मटन कीमा | Irani Kheema Masala |Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
.800 gm mutton keema
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
.100 gm curd
2 onion
3 tomatoes
4-5 tbsp oil
2 bay leaf
3 black cardamom
3 green cardamom
5-6 black pepper
3-4 cloves
1 tbsp chop garlic
.100 fresh coriander
.20 gm mint leaf
6-8 green chilli
