Mumbai's Unseen Street Food | Litti Chokha | Indian Street Food

3 жыл бұрынThis place is a hidden gem of Mumbai serving the traditional dish of Jharkhand and Bihar called "Litti Choka". The litti is the whole wheat dough balls made out of flour and is stuffed with sattu. The chokha which is eaten with litti is made with mashed brinjals, tomatoes, garlic, salt, lemon juice etc. The dish is served with green spicy chutney and tastes very delicious. This kind of food you'll rarely find in the Mumbai city and this is why we called it hidden gem of Mumbai.

There's a reason why he has kept this low price as I guess because most of the workers and labourers eat this to have their fill so, they can give 20/- rs. for such good meal. Anything above 20-30 rs , they won't buy.

This man make me think about my small kitchen. By SEE YOU I have realized that I have a great kitchen and that not matter how many limitations we can find all we need is to confront them and reach our goal. Thanks man for showing us people like him; a man who choose the narrow and difficult path to get a decent living (because anywhere there are so many ways to make 100 ant thousand times more money by doing the wrong thing) instead of the wrong way

I really love streetfood when I was in the Philippines I always love to go out at night and eat street food,and when I came here in U.S. I’m just glad that I’m near to Mexican border and can just cross there and eat some mexican street food,I wish I can go to India,Thailand& Cambodia and try their street foods❤️.

He is actually selling it at 50% discounted price, place of selling and more hygienic will make his business go much higher. Although I never heard such street food exist on mumbai steet. Will definitely try one day. Thanks for the video.

I had this ages back and this is the best thing ever on Mumbai streets from Bihar.. sadly its amazingly cheap and less appreciable.
