Hello! You are 2 good to bring Indian Cruise journey for all . Amazing even I have a grudge to do tour once in Cruise but I missed in Malaysia Singapore Cruise in 2016 November. it is possible can travel within India in Cruise that too from Mumbai you said rightly due to Sea Sickness you may get giddiness vomitting if you keep watching water .
