The submarine is INS Kursura. During Indo-Pak wars of the 1970s or so, this submarine went out and blew up 2 pakistan submarines which were stealthily stationed there to attack the Eastern Naval Command HQ at Vizag, though not stealthy enough for the local fishermen to notice and inform the Navy. Long story short, INS Kursura, boom boom boom, now its a museum.
