ఆరోగ్యాన్నికి ఎంతో మేలు చేసి, మంచి పోషక విలువలు కలిగిన మునగాకుని వాడి ఒక మంచి చట్నీ తయారీ విధానం మీకోసం, తప్పకుండ ట్రై చేయండి మరి.
తయారీ విధానం:
Take a pan to add 1tsp of coriander seeds
Add 1tsp of sesame seeds
And dry roast it.
Heat 1tsp of oil in a pan
Add 4garlic pods
Add 4 green chilies
Add ¼ cup of onions
Add 1tsp of salt and cook it.
Then add 4 red chilies
Add some tamarind piece
Then transfer into a plate.
In the same pan add 1cup of drumstick leaves
Add a pinch of turmeric
And fry it.
Heat a pan add 1tbs of oil
Add 1tsp of mustard seeds
Add 1tsp of cumin seeds
Add 1tsp of chana dal
Add 1 tsp of urad dal
Add 2sprigs of curry leaves
Add 4 red chilies and mix it.
Now pour this tempering in to chutney.
