Here in the USA I won my appeal without a lawyer and they gave me a lawyer with BIA( board immigration of appeals). But actually they told me I am the luckiest man on earth! It's very rare, so they told me.

For other issues about Canada I don't know so well but for asylum i.e getting a refugee status is easy if you have authentic reasons but hard to prove! The reason these first world countries are easy but hard is because they are the architects of the international law on migration and when they Grant it to you it's not actually that country, USA or Canada etc, that grants it to you!! No, It's the UN they represent, reason why the status must be granted by a judge not any other agency! That's the reason why holders of the status are never deported wadde akozze kikolobero ki! Different from other foreigners who have permanent residence! Like in the USA even if you are a permanent resident and you commit a"" crime of moral turpitude""(google it) , they strip you of the same even citizenship if I am not mistaken! They deport you! Refugee status is under the auspices of the UN so judges literally at that moment represent the UN! Reason it's important to have your Ts crossed an I,s dotted! You get it? You are good to live the life you want!

Issues about refugees are similar in all foreign countries. Kasim it's not only 3 ways, you have forgotten the investment visa and it's the first class visa because you're adding value to Canada's economy. And tell the viewers also the advantages of applying as refugees status. Do not tell the disadvantages only because deportation depends on many issues.

Humanitarian n Compassionate Application is a little bit more complicated than u lay it out. When u lose your claim, you dont automatically submit H & C Application. The deportation order that u signed on entry takes over and you need to file notice of intent to appeal within 15 days and appeal withinn 30 days. That will give you the status of appellant. Now, if you have a Canadian born child, you can do a H & C Application. Or if you have a Canadian citizen/permanent resident he/you can file a H n C application . Short of above you have to wait for awhile before filing a H n C. Grounds for H n C 1. Canadian child 2. Illness 3. No more living relatives 4. How established you are i the country - volunteering in my community- provide reference letters, jobs, courses friends ,e.t.c Above is just a summary.

He is absolutely right.tge chic at the airport almost stopped me with my husband and kids because of no return ticket! Imagine we were not coming back to Uganda because l had a skilled worker visa but she was insisting .l had to show her the katel return ticket.

Yes it's kind of law, refugee status in the developed world is granted by immigration courts of law. It's the judge or the justice department that grants the status of a refugee!

Farooq, thanks for the info that the hajji is giving but just to make a correction on the US. Washington states is not DC , Washington is one of thestates DC is a Distric of Columbia which is the capital true. Seatle is not a state, Seattle is a city in Washington state. Chicago is also not a state. it's a city in Illinois and does not boarder Canada . Sometimes, weneed to get such information correctly...Thnks
