I love how most foreigners are shy and embarrassed by their bad english but Kawasaki just would speak his elementary english with the upmost confidence.
Well, it’s understandable. Considering his English was very very minimal nd basic. His confidence at least was admirable

The funniest part at the beginning wasn’t translated so allow me. After he said he didn’t understand why he needed a translator as he was a man...he also said, “ I don’t need to go pee side-by-side with another man.” He didn’t say it in the way he discriminated against homosexuals, though. 😂

連れションmeans going to the bathroom together like many Japanese schoolgirls do during their recess because they don’t want to go by themselves but this is the word we normally use for men. It means more like peeing side-by-side. Anyway, he is trying to say he can’t understand why he has to hang out with another man all the time like those other players who are with their interpreters all the time. I can tell he’s expressing his awkwardness here by bringing the example. 😂😂😂😂 He must felt it wouldn’t be a manly thing to do. Funny how he regretted it so quickly though...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
