This is collector's failure, let all collector's vist each Mandal and collect OTS from public, not being in AC rooms and giving instructions, let them show there ability by collecting the target given amount.

కలెక్టర్ తన డ్యూటీ తను చేస్తున్నాడు. ఇక్కడ కలెక్టర్ ని తప్పు పట్టవలసిన అవసరం లేదు. మీ క్రింద పనిచేసే వాళ్ళు సరిగ్గా పనిచెయ్యక పోతే మీకు ఎలా వుంటుంది

వాళ్లకు సిగ్గు లేదు. మొన్న అప్పలరాజు చొక్కా విప్పి కొడతానంటే మూసుకొని కూర్చున్నారు ఐపీఎస్/ police associations. అదే ఈ కలెక్టర్ కూడా చేస్తున్నాడు. కమిషనర్ వెంటనే leave application mail చెయ్యవలసింది. అప్లికేషన్ లో క్లియర్ గా mention చెయ్యాలి as per the instructions of collector proceeding on leave. ఎంత ధైర్యం ఈ కలెక్టర్ కి పెన్షన్ రాకుండా చేస్తానని బెదిరిస్తాడ? Human rights commission లో case వెయ్యాలి.

Sorry Harish Garu, i totally disagree with your comment, here the issue with completion of work with in the given time. He is not arguing with him about anything his personal work and you have to observe collector should answerable for his whole district territory..i totally agree with collector tone and argument, please listen once again he called up every officer saying if we punish someone then only other's will take it seriously.. infact if you check the attitude of government employees irresponsible and negligence.. I respect your perception on this, this my way of looking the issue..Jai Bhim and Jai Hindustan

Only Commissioner can do all the things and Collector also should inspect the District and see the works are doing or not and the MLAs also involved in the Commissioners administration therefore they could not do any work immediately.

Need age limit for IAS officers like after 50 years person should be eligible for IAS officer. Otherwise aged employees like this commisoner will get mentaly disappoints and feel shy to his show face infront of his collegue becuase of this kind of childish behbiour IAS officers.

వైకాపా కలెక్టరుఅని వేరే ఉంటారా? ఏ ప్రభుత్వమున్నా ఆంధ్రేతర ఆఫీసర్లు ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశాలు అమలు చేసే వంకతో ప్రమోషన్లపై ఆ స్థాయికి వచ్చిన మన తెలుగు సబార్డినేట్ ఆఫీసర్లపైన అమర్యాదకరంగా వారి చేతిలో లేని విషయాలపై కూడా క్షేత్ర స్థాయి పరిస్థితులను పరిగణనలోనికి తీసుకోకుండా జులుం చలాయించడం మామూలే. జగన్ ప్రభుత్వంలో చాలావరకు తెలుగు వారికే జిల్లా బాధ్యతలు అప్పగించడం హర్షణీయం. ఐతే వారు సహృదయంతో అవినీతి రహితంగా బాధ్యతాయుతంగా పని చేస్తేనే జగన్ గారి ఆశయం సిద్ధిస్తుంది.

When payment of O.T.C. is not compulsary, how the Collector can insist on Commissioner to collect. It is nothing but derogatory comments made by the Collector amounts to violation of affidavit filed in the court of law amounts to Contempt of Court and misleading the Judiciary and violation of Constitution of India under which he must be called back from Collector post.
