Thanks for a comprehensive review. I have heard Netflix HD is not compatible with Blackview tablets, but you mention it worked well. Did the device not revert to Widevine L3 in Netflix forcing it to SD? I have a Blackview phone I'm really happy with but my son likes to watch Netflix so this is a primary consideration for me.

I'll do a video on this tablet in time but for the moment, though it may be a great disappointment for those who are all fired up to purchase what may seem a very good deal, I need to let you know, at least in my better than a years experience, these tablets would be considered junk to some. Or at the very least, not all they are cracked up to be...you decide. I should add, I have nothing personal against Blackview but do feel it is my place to warn others with my own experience with their products both here and wherever else it may be helpful. Before I go on, I'm not sure about this reviewers experience with the product or any affiliation with the brand, but that said, a very critical question these videos should give answer to is how long has the reviewer used the tablet? And is the reviewer affiliated in any way with the brand. Was it opened, checked out then immediately reviewed, or has it been used heavily for several months or what have you? I personally would much prefere a year of full time use, then review. Sure, I've only used mine a few months before informing you, but I wanted to get the word out before some of you spend your hard earned money on this or any Blackview product. My tab 11 was full of bugs, but due to the somewhat low price, and the hope they had the kinks worked out, I figured I'd give the tab 16 a try...bad idea. It seems they still are unable to properly build a tablet, this one is even worse than the first when it comes to bugs, as well as hardware issues. I'll get into those details in my own video, but one hardware issue I'm dealing with now is there are some dime size round smudges coming from underneath the display, that keeps getting worse, like 10 or 15 of them. It's bad enough that I will end up purchasing another tablet and once again, it's so steadily getting worse, I expect it to eventually make a complete mess out of my already messed up screen...a very critical issue. It appears as bad smudges that do not clean off. This is after only a few months of using my new tab 16. I got with their customer service on the tab 11 issues, and they acted like I was just a bother to them, but the fact is, they have to be aware of the issues with these tablets even more than I, yet they would not acknowledge a thing. So, I'm not even going to bother with them this time around and will simply never use their products again. Remember, while you are thinking the purchase price is to good to be true, you will likely be right. I strongly recommend one not purchase this tablet or any black view product for that matter, but if you must, use it as much as possible immediately before the very short warranty runs out so you can at least get your money back. However, after my personal experience with their customer service, I have very little faith one would be fairly compensated at all once the tablet goes bad. I wish you the best of luck with whatever tablet you purchase. :)

So, cellular cannot be used in the US with this tablet? Has that been confirmed? If I put my SIM card in it, it's not going to work through my Spectrum cellular service? It's not a deal-breaker, but that does suck, if that's true.

I wish you would not try to compare it with an IPad, this tablet is 100s cheaper
