To me as an aspiring linguist and language inthusiast who had to learn English as a second language, Murase-san is a primary case of someone who learned English as a child in an English-speaking environment. He makes small grammatical mistakes since he didn't start learning it at school yet his pronunciation is nearly perfect because he was exposed to the language from a young age. Exposure and practice is what builds the ability to speak a language. As for mistakes, like we say in the linguistic field, as long as a native speaker understands the intended meaning, you're not making any mistakes. He's amazing.
