Murder Falcon - Image Comics best hidden gem?

Murder Falcon is an 8-issue series written and illustrated by Daniel Warren Johnson, published by Image Comics. Recently, thanks to the new Deluxe Edition, I read the full adventure of Jake and Murf as they travel into the Heavy to defeat Magnum Khaos.
But the story I found varied drastically from what I thought I would get. So how well does the series read?

This comic made me openly weep. When one particular person showed up, I legit had to drop the comic for a few minutes cause I was so overwhelmed, ugly sobbing crying. It's a fucking masterpiece, my favorite comic ever.

WW Dead Earth made me notice DWJ and Murder Falcon made me LOVE him!(doesn't hurt i love the music too,but it's great nonetheless).. Upgraded from the tpb to the Deluxe this year and i NEVER doubledip!😛Extremity is amazing too! Woof woof my dogg! cheers from Greece!

This book is awesome warren johnson Dead earth is another awesome book. He is currently my fav author, creator of 2022 (as what i have read this year compared to other creators)

I read it a few months ago and I really liked it. I love the madness that it gives off but everything that moves you emotionally and the drawing is phenomenal. Daniel Warren Johnson for me is being one of the best artists / writers that there is currently.

i knew about this book for awhile but it wasn’t untilI read DWJ’S beta ray bill that I had an interest in this book, I absolutely loved that comic so I will definitely be picking this up
