The angle is great but Cody needs to have a longer reign and him losing in his first/second feud would be criminal after all the time he took to finish the story

Nah. No more longer reigns. The post pandemic era of long reigns should be over by WM40. It should go back to how it was. A 3 or 4 month average reign. Just like what happened with sami and ko. That was perfect.

Actually this is good for Cody. The whole purpose of Cody finishing the story is to WIN the title, not hold the title for a long time. Not everyone needs a long title reign. Plus, fans will turn on Cody six months into his title reign, and will eventually want Drew or Bron or Gunther dethroning him. That's how some wrestling fans are.

maybe have bron loose to cody at summerslam, to show he is not quite ready to "wear the crown", paul then makes bron redeem himself before challenging cody again. He wins the KOTR tournament (in sep after bash in berlin) and quite literally "wears the crown", he then challenges cody for a rematch at the next oct ppv or survivor series and wins

What If Byron Saxton SCRWED Cody Rhodes at Wrestlemania 39? The idea comes from the fact that Byron didn't have the wrestling career he wanted because it was Dusty Rhodes who told Byron "You can either continue to wrestle and never be successful" and that's how Byron was on commentary and he's vowed to screw Cody over and over just like he screwed him at finishing his story.

Listen up to my theory. We have already seen Paul speak to Bron on NXT so they are already talking. If Roman drops the title at crown jewel to La Knight Paul could get annoyed and summon bron breakker to destroy Roman and take his universal championship. And yes I know this is practically the story here but I think WWE might actually take it into action.
