Mr Murray, I am not sure if you check but want you to see this message I sent to my friend minutes ago... Hey James, I had a childhood flashback to a childhood song that deeply moved me at 8 or so… I asked Siri to find the guy from a line I recalled from then. She told me it was Murray McLauchlan and the song was Farmers Song, I clicked on it and it blew me away cause I have not heard the song in 30 or more years. Asako and I have been now listening for an hour or more to the whole collated list of his best songs that followed, and by god James, we now feel he is an absolute unsung hero of Canadian music history.

I got this song request last night while busking. The gentleman teared up while talking. I'm here now hearing for the first time because this song has to be gold....and as I'm listening....it is. Thanks Murray.
