If people still remember RD Burman today its because he had great Lieutenants in Manohari Singh & Bhanu Gupta. A general is as good as his army.

This anecdote remind me the story of Archimedes, the great Scientist, who at the time of bathing in a bath tub discovered the Physical Law of Buoyancy and ran naked through the street of the city shouting Eureka. Pancham Da, the great musician was also the Scientist who invented hundreds of beautiful compositions which entertain thousands of thousands people and are the assets of musical world.

Reminds us of Archimedes the scientist. Passion, madness, breathing music!! What a tune!!
