Such a fun event! I was there with my husband and daughter (labeled husband, wife, daughter in the video). So fun that we do this as a family and Gymshark keeps us looking good!!

I could watch content like this ALL DAY LONG. Mixing people at different levels all pumped to hit PR’s is a genius ideas. We all Know how exciting it is to see someone who is new to the lifting game maxing out their limits, sometimes it’s better than seeing the legends lift unbelievable numbers

I love that they allowed people with lighter lifts to join in, I always want to do something like this but my prs are nowhere near the weights in this video. good vibes and good culture at gymshark clearly
