GAMES 2 GAINS Episode 14: This is a Full Day of Eating...with a twist! Follow Kerby, Mike and me as we each vlog our meals for an entire day. Kerby is on a Bulking plan to build muscle, Mike is on a carb cycling fat loss plan to get lean, while maintaining muscle, and I'm just on a lean muscle maintenance nutrition plan.
We cover everything including all of our meals, macros, protein shakes, supplements, what to eat....and what not to eat.

elsv2k16 PovD I know but I feel like the series itself is used to promote their products. If Kerby becomes all muscular, a lot of people (especially beginners) will try to do what Kerby did and start using these supplements, which isn't even needed to build muscle

Good afternoon James, just want to say that i appreciate all your videos, there are motivational also what you are doing with Kirby its awesomeness. Not many people take someone under there wing and teach them the knowledge. Just like me I moved here to Hollywood Florida just almost a year ago and I have seen a great difference in myself watching and learning from your videos and from others aswell. I started at 198Lbs and 31% body fat and a size 39-40 in pants. Now I am at 185Lbs and 16% body fat. But I still want a goal to get to 175lbs and 10% body fat. Thanks for all you do💪😎

I have almost completely stopped using protein powders, except on the rare day where I can't make enough food. I have completely cut out all other supplements and the only thing I use for a pre workout is a 200mg caffein pill if I feel I need it. This is saving me tons of money and I feel better and stronger than I ever have. Starting you day with a protein powder is like starting you day telling yourself you are going to fail. Real food is much, much better for you than any protein powder.

Excellent video! Great to see the differing approaches. I need to eat more fibrous veggies. I eat a lot of "spring mix" and arugula, but could get more healthy carb bang for my buck by adding greater fibrosity to my life! I also do an 8 hour intermittent fasting feed window - fits my lifestyle well.

James - This video was great for those of us struggling and still learning about nutrition. Is it possible we could have a small text summary, maybe in the video's info, about the diets being followed as well as the supplements? This video helped me a lot learning about meal timings but it would help even more to have a small summary to reference.

This video is just a sample and yet it helped a lot! I don't know if these two guys are doing it for show only or not but please take advantage of James and BPI because others like me do not have the advantage of a pro helping us with our nutrition which is by far the most important thing in the process. Nor the money to have so much supplementation. So I hope you do understand how precious it is and stay commited. For yourselves and to show mad respect for those watching. Don't like to say these cheesy things but here goes: Stay strong!!

I don't eat corn, but my kids do... gives you a lot to think about, especially since my 15 year old is a wrestler and always trying to stay on point with his weight. On the subject of the eggs, I like whole eggs and I have family that raises chickens and gathers their eggs, so all the eggs are FRESH. Now is it really that harmful in building/bulking to eat the yokes in eggs? I have family that does compost too so anything that I throw out that's food related besides meats go to the compost pile. Should I start separating the whites and the yokes?
