you explain things better than the professors at my school. I mean we have really good professors but sometimes hearing someone else explain it in a different way helps. It went over my head in class, glad my professor posted this video on blackboard.

Insane to think that all these steps and much more from, conscious thought to neurone action potencials being transferred throughout a whole neurone to the musculature, all the Na and Ca and K transportations, then Calcium being released from SR, then Calcium binding to Troponin, then it rotating, then Myosin binding to Actin, then the whole ATP-cycle, then all these ADP+Pi cycles and so on and so on. -- All this happening several times with just one Myosin for a single contraction withing 0.2 milliseconds?? Insane.
