Hi dr sab might be it's confidential but if possible please share complete surgery video it will be much helpful for us to understand stand how endoscopy work. How u drill and cut extra part of slip disc and how much material u remove from infected disc. And if possible please share interview after year or more who do surgery. Happy doctors day sir...! I had done microdisactomy on L4-L5 level. Now it's 50 days complete and feeling completely fine..98% symptoms are gone. Currently i am on BLTS restrictions for next 4 week. I had one fear in mind , which is the level above and below operated disc also narrow at opening of nerve root. But I don't have any symptoms . Is there any chances of recurring?? If yes then what are precautions to be taken while maintaining the quality of life. Please suggest some exercise..
