Do not mislead the layman! The doctors are very well educated in India. Way more than your brits docs! Being a dermatologist I can assure you that there are many dermatological conditions which depend on your diet but not entirely. Autoimmune conditions are not some "lifestyle conditions" they are there because of some genetic predisposition and many more factors (read it up) and my friend that you cannot just "cure" them with your food but they are treatable with medications. And of course lifestyle changes helps but not without medications. If I'm not wrong you're going to be a nutritionist? Well done to you but that doesn't come anywhere near being a doctor anywhere in the world. So stop bashing the doctors unnecessarily. Seems like a pent up frustration of yours for not becoming a one. RICE therapy is also a very much recognised option for the muscle sprains and injuries. Read up on the latest journals and you'll find ice is still very effective in acute injuries. So when a doctor prescribes you " just a pill" it's because of his hardwork and experience of many many years. Unlike your some "certificate course" in some random country. Be respectful!

Very well said sir Infact I am amazed by this guy straight up called other doctors just give pills . And he will become doctor and first focus on lifestyle management 😅. Also his undertone of bashing Indian doctors . As if doctors from uk are more qualified 😅 Bro should go to government hospital and see the workings of Indian doctor and not see them though KZfaq or reeels Before giving lifestyle management he should sit with doctor and make a detailed study of 1000 patients of diabetes in his home city of Dehradun . 1 group with lifestyle management advice 1 group with pills I bet people with pills will tend to follow more and will have better outcomes.
