I think the sickest thing about Muse has always been that the bass is actually the loudest instrument in the mix. Way louders then the vocals and the drums are squashed it's amazing. I love wolstenbeast so much

@@balthazardlopez5491 in the verse of Uno, depending on what service you're streaming, there's an audible dip in the vocals and drums when the verse bass part drops in, it's probably as a result of modern compression over ageing production, but I love it. Matt sings in a register usually way above the bass tone, meaning you can hear all the lovely mid tones Chris uses.

@@balthazardlopez5491 I did, probably a year later, love the shit. Though honestly and hilariously, the guitar playing is usually the best thing about it. Claypool is amazing technically and as an entertainer, but the guitar playing is the most musical and tasteful

Wtf. Listened to this for the first time today and it's fucking crazy. Goosebumps everywhere. Such amazing vocals. Such fantastic instruments, I swear i could even hear some of Mat's voice in them. Beautiful.

This isn't even the highest the lead singer can go, listen to the song the person above mentioned me and you can see how high he can really go. Matthew Bellamy (the lead singer of Muse) is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to vocal range.

I'm not the usual type of listening to these kind of songs, rock metal whatever it is. But fuuuck this song is good, and from what I can tell criminally underrated. And only reason I can hear this masterpiece, because one of you viewers input this game on a mod for Project Zomboid of all things and damn I'm hooked.

Me too, personally have disliked most of their new stuff (2nd Law, Drones, Simulation Theory) but the old stuff like Origin, Absolution will forever remain my favourite albums and I will always support them.

Bobski I wasn’t a huge fan but I thought Drones was pretty good. Sure, it has “Drones” but it also has “Reapers”, which is in my top five Muse songs. I haven’t listened to much of Simulation Theory but I like most of what I’ve heard.

The first part keeps reminding me of the jumanji drums and funny story, one day I first heard this song, and I also had watched Jumanji not to long before that and I heard the intro and I was like "WTF" and I had to pause the music to make sure I wasn't in Jumanji lol
