President Yoweri Museveni who is also the Commander-in-Chief of the Uganda People’s Defense Forces (UPDF) is presiding over the pass out ceremony of 200 Cadet Assistant Superintendent of prisons, 318 Cadet Principle Officers and 1716 recruit Warders and Wardresses who have successfully completed training.
