The trouble is your Excellency you compare your gov't's progress with 1986 and Amin's time. That's a long time ago and the dynamics were very different. Why don't your comparisons stretch within the last 5 or 10 yrs? There you will know how big or small the strides you're making and you will have a realistic scenario or picture of progress. But with your kind of comparison ( time wise), you can never know how progressively slow you're. And at that rate of progress, probabaly you need another 40yrs to get to your destiny. But another 40yrs, i think it will be pushing your luck too hard!
