Military strength is not about what you have, it's about what you produce, it takes a cheap missile hand held to bring down a jet, and economy plays a role, if kenya cut off supply to ug we can be doomed in a mere 3 weeks. No oil, no fuel. Tebabalimba m7 army is only strong from the civilian vs military point of view. Military vs Military it's the weakest he can't even last a 2 weeks.

@@nze256 So how do you back up these statements? Ug troops have plenty of EXp from the random incursions Sevo sends them (somalia, congo etc), they also have plenty of hardware from what we see. So what makes you think our military is weak? Sevo has done alot of bad shit, but he has actually invested in our army. Did you see those 4th gen fighters? @@anoldpotentin2446 Nigeria didn't fail to defeat Boko Haram, their army is just not properly organised and corruption eats it from the inside out, but they are more than capable of dealing with the terroris group. If the Tz army was to fight the Boko Haram i would bet against it since TZ would most likely face defeat. They are not based on economy if they were that wouldn't be the military ranking order. Plus the larger the economy, the more funds the defence sector will receive. And i can assure you, the TZ army doesn't even come close to the military spending of the top 5 countries i listened above spends.

Kenyan and Ethiopian their military hardware is for showoff in Ceremonial but have no any impact in battle ground. See how Ethiopian Army perfom in poor equipped Tigray army, or See Kenyan army perfomance at Somalia. In E.Africa only Tanzania has practically powerful Army. Secondly, when talking about millitary strength there's alot to consider. And your budget as a country can give a clear picture of what you invest in. Investment leads to results. Neither you nor I know for sure what these governments have in their possession. But what we both know is that whatever is being displayed is not the actual hardware it's always a ceremonial show,so you can tell the Kenyan millitary strength by looking at their investments Vs capabilities which are proven and based on modern warfare technology. The show of might in Kenyan ceremonies is more vigorous,fast, technical, equipped and well managed, showing that their investments is visible by how their men perform. Uganda paratroopers are landing like amateurs, some are landing off target. Behind the LZ. This shows that Uganda is still far away in Air combat. Even though they may have some powerful Russian su 30s, Kenya may as well be having the American f15s and depending on how well your pilots are trained,you may have a great weapon with unskilled manpower and you fail. So Millitary efficiency is key to achieving results in the battlefield. Tanzania is facing the same issue as Uganda, but a little different because of its size. Tanzania armies are deprived, poorly equipped,not modernized, and less efficient in terms of air superiority. Tanzania is lagging behind Uganda in terms of military modernization even though Tanzania is more powerful generally to Uganda. But based on research,the Kenyan millitary is dangerous...They are actually the first millitary to perform an amphibious landing attack never seen before in Africa in Somalia to take over Kismayo. So in Somalia,most of the achievements there are because of Kenyan millitary strength and presence there. Tanzania cannot defeat Kenya in a full scale war. War is judged by all round capabilities,Land,Air Sea and Technology. And Kenya has invested in all these areas. Kenya and Ethiopia are fighting advanced warfare techniques while Uganda and Tanzania are fighting militia style techniques which mainly rely on Guerilla tactics. Ethiopia on the other hand has a more larger and well equipped force that has historically been ahead in terms of Armoury. No matter what anyway,we need to unite this armies into one African continent force. To defend our motherland.

If you remember America and north Vietnam (Vietnam war) its total humiliation for America although America have many moderm military hardware.
