Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Spain. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them

Ive done shrooms last month in my house. It taught me how severely traumatized I was from alcohol. I healed from many mental traumas from my past and was able to forgive, let go. Shrooms to me is a remedy not a vice. I even felt more refreshed the morning after. So no hangovers. No depression mood for days. No anxiety.l now have a more calm mind

I hate that some persons still grouped psilocybin with drugs like cocaine and heroin. Mushrooms are a remedy, not a vice! I went on a microdose treatment for a couple of months and within the first week, every sight of a cigarette got me questioning why I was doing all that to myself. It really works.

I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.

When I was kid (like 8) my dad had this garden that he said to never touch... in this garden was mushrooms and I ate 3 of them and hid upstairs, I began to shoot layers out my hands and would make like circles with my fingers and where I placed the circle over any object I could erase it and place it anywhere I put my hand over and would take the roof off and could see the stars then i could place it back. What ever I thought about i could fester. Long story short I had the roof of my house off and looked at meteorites fall in the room and light bulbs where just disco balls of lazers.. I WILL NEVER FORGET how much fun I had all by myself.... but I thought I was crazy when I woke up the next morning.

It’s crazy how I some how see all these beautiful shapes. And geometric patterns and holographic colors. On shrooms. I’m beautiful. And gorgeous. And I wish everyone could see what I am seeing. Even my cellphone is engulfed in gorgeous patterns. The same patterns the Aztecs used. And Mexican tribes. It’s phenomenal how much influence the mushrooms had on Aztec art. Because I see what they were seeing. And they recreated their trips into actual art.

Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings. This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment.

I went to the library and read on dysth. For the first time. It was like reading my autobiography. I wished I didn't go tru the mayor depression to find out what I had. It was bad. But I guess it was meant to be that way. Oh and i can fall into a mayor depression again. But since I know what I have, I'm trying To take control of my actions, of my life. But it hard since the mayor depression went tru left big economic problems. Which.. jejejeje brings me down more.

I like the way in which the fractals and the nature scenes are interwoven with images of people, animals (especially the dogs that look like corgis) and other objects. Shorter periods work also. Simply stare at the center for 30-60 seconds and then look around (keyboard works well). It is called motion aftereffect (MAE)

The video is by far amazing but if you just listen to the music you can go into a different state! And the music controls were you are in the state. It can get massively intense(in a good way) and then mellow out. But you have to focus on the furthest beat/tone. Kinda like meditation. All the other sounds is like your mind running and not being by able to focus but once you focus on that one beat you start your journey. It’s trippy how it comes in stages. You become relaxed, your breathing changes, then you feel the air change and you feel a bit cold. Then you breathe through you nose and the labored breathing goes away. Your body will try to interfere but you have to focus. Wow just amazing. Last night I heard it back to back at least 4 times.

i remember the first time on shrooms with my brother like some dumba**es we took almost an eigth each and after an hour and a half of tripping out we put this video on and died of laughter instantly and we had to take the video off to calm our selves down but throughout the whole night the laughs continued and the things we saw that we thought were signs for us came. i’ll never forget that night 😂
