Große Champignons - 7 Stück, Zwiebeln - 0,5 Stück, Schinken - 100 g, Käse - 100 g. Salz und Gewürze nach Geschmack. Sonnenblumenöl zum Braten. Pilze waschen. Ziehen Sie die oberste Schicht ab. Die Pilzstiele separat fein hacken. Zwiebel, Käse und Schinken hacken. Die Champignons mit den Zwiebeln anbraten, den Schinken dazugeben und noch etwas anbraten. Die Pilzkappen mit der frittierten Mischung füllen. Alles für 20 Minuten in den Umluft- oder Backofen bei 180°C stellen. Dann mit geriebenem Käse bestreuen und noch einmal 5 Minuten garen lassen. Das Gericht ist fertig. Guten Appetit!!! Frieden, Güte und Gesundheit!!!
