Rezwana Choudhury Banya madam is a frontline exponent of Rabindrasangeet. Her rendition is superb and lifts the spirit of listener. I wish he more and more success in her life.

শ্রীকান্ত দা আপনাকে শ্রদ্ধা সহ অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ এতো সুন্দর ভিডিওটি উপহার দেওয়ার জন্য। আমার প্রাণের চেয়ে প্রিয় দিদিকে সশ্রদ্ধো প্রণাম ও ভালোবাসা জানাই। আমি কতবার করে যে এই অনুষ্ঠানটি দেখেছি তা গুণে বলতে পারছি না। আমাকে যে কতভাবে অনুপ্রাণিত করছে এই অনুষ্ঠানের এতো সুন্দর আলোচনা তা বলে বোঝানোর মতো ভাষা খুঁজে পাচ্ছিনা। দিদির আশীর্বাদধন্যা ইরা সরকার, টালিগঞ্জ, কলকাতা।

আপনাদের ( দুজনেই গুণীজন, দার্শনিক) আলোচনার সময়ে আরও একটা/দুটো লাইন মনে উঁকি দিচ্ছিল "তোমার আলোয় নেই তো ছায়া" কি আশ্চর্য, এ কেমন আলো যেন কল্পনা জগতও ছুঁতে পারে না সেই আলো; আবার অবয়ব(কায়া) পায় নিজেরই মাঝে; যেন non existent energy থেকে existent creation. সৃষ্টি পূর্ব এবং সৃষ্টি। আশ্চর্য বিজ্ঞান সেদিন এতো উন্নত ছিল না।

At the end the discussions came to a point which says Rabindrasangeet does not limit itself only inside the boundary of a song. It is much more than that. This realization is necessary to truely appreciate Rabindrasangeet as a listener or a singer. This, as such, holds good for all his writings (that obviously includes all his 'songs' as well). What is that 'realization'? In my opinion that realization is a long process and it starts 'happening' once we feel his writings have started working as our 'Sixth Sense'. Do you agree with me?

Just love to here about him and specially from persons like this legends who tried to carry him and carried by him in their whole life. It would be great if more teachers/singers of rabindrasangeet are brought in this programm to illuminate the spiritual element which provides uniqueness and nobility to rabindrasangeet ( to me the highlight of this programme) before we further destroy the treasure.

"আমার বেঁচে থাকার ইচ্ছা নেই", "আমার বেঁচে থাকার কোনো অর্থ নেই" পিয়ার্সন সাহেবকে বলেছিলেন। শতকোটি প্রণাম জানাই কবিগুরুকে। দিদিকে আমার সশ্রদ্ধ প্রণাম ও প্রাণভরা ভালোবাসা জানাই। শ্রীকান্ত দাকে‌ অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ ও কৃতজ্ঞতা জানাই।
