Hey man !! I just want to say that today I woke up fearfully, anxious and almost depressed because I have recently realized the enormous work I have to do if i want to achieve the estrategic goals i established for my music proyect. And I felt even worst when I looked at myself alone into this epic management battle -journey-. But, as soon as I arrived to my studio, I saw your video, and It made me feel that I am not the only one in the world struggling like this, and after all, I am doing things fine; and it is just a matter of patience, perseverance and really hard work for getting where I want to get according to the strategic plan I made when I started my music proyect. Thank you for your video, man !! You dont know how inspirational it was for me, just today when I was feeling so weak. I hope someday I will meet you and thank you in person. Kind regards. P.S. Incredible info., and just subscribed. In hindsight, and as a songwriter, composer and longterm business owner/developer type, I'd recommend just landing a great paying position within the industry, and enjoy being a team player- helping those around you succeed. Always be honest and fair and eventually you'll have to turn down success! The ones who truly matter will cherish your friendship and loyalty and should compensate you extremely well. Lastly, be wise with your income to expenses ratio- assuring you're saving at least a small percentage, and keeping your stress level as low as possible. I'm a firm believer in a Plan B, and exit strategies! Meaning, knowing when to be a realist and either cash out or walk away, cause- "Evabody can't be on top... ...unless it's got that Pop!" Haha...
