I was in a bad spot a year ago. Doing hard drugs, the chainsmoking too. But I'm clean now, 8months and haven't smoked a cigarette in 3 months and finding new appreciation for life in so many ways. Things can and will get better! Much love to you on your journey ❤

Sometimes it's okay to wander. A little wandering often leads us back to our true self. So we pick up those little pieces and carry them around for awhile until we can arrange them back into a way we like them. We're like a puzzle. But we get to choose how to arrange it. We can be broken and break everything around us from our pain or we can rebuild with our pain as a motivator into something beautiful and show others how to heal and help handle their own pain. The broken hearts are the most beautiful, if we just learn how to learn and love ❤
