I like your reaction to the song, I was actually able to notice the parts that I myself didn't notice when I first watched League's Awaken video, but you kind of just reacted to the song and it's details not the video itself, like what was going on in this video or why were these characters in these situations, and I was kinda hoping to see your reaction to the entire music video, not just the song, don't get me wrong I'm not disappointed, I like the professional commentary especially when it comes to music, it was just missing the commentary about the video part of the "Music Video" you know, anyway, thanks for reacting to the music.

the violin is the main instrument used in jhin's(guy in the mask playing piano) theme music so it was a nice way for them to interweave it into the music especially during his parts.

It might be similar to Jhins theme where it features violins. The having no climax per say is similar to jhins theme where it grows and builds, kinda like Jhin's striving for perfection yet never reaching there.

The best part is that during the part where he called the violin's "playful" is actually part of Camille's theme being played too. And it kind of continues to swap back and forth between both motives "kinda like a battle" it's almost poet how simple yet genius it is.

It's their cinematic trailer for the 2019 ranked season reset, which is basically the hey time to climb the ranks again, so they were definitely building on a tension and hype. Your so spot on with this. The video even is a bunch of fights RIGHT as they're breaking out big time. It's cool how on point you are with your music reacts like even with this you nail the exact intention of it just through paying attention to the music you're legit. I appreciate different types of reacts like this, I watch a lot of reacts and I do reacts myself but it's more of the normal kind haha anyways keep up the Awesome reacts and the awesome work, your musics awesome too! been a fan for a a fair bit now haha keep up the awesome!

@@dejism Animation wise it severely lacks compared to The Climb. The Climb had smooth, natural movement and motion whilst this one has stiff, awkward animations when it comes to anything that isn't Riven's fighting scene and Camille & Jhin's scenes (Although Camille flying through the air and dodging grenades is also a little stiff). The stuff with Irelia and the rest looks bad and unnatural cause of the stiff animation and weird postures.

One part you might have missed because you don't play the game (and that's fine) is the motive of the violins, they sound almost identical to the ones in Jhin's (the guy with the mask playing the piano) theme. You should check it out, it's a beautiful piece!

There are some other league of legend songs you could react too? Not all of them well have vocals or animation though. Welcome to Planet Urf (one of my favorite log in screens to date), Get Jinxed!, Legends Never Die, As We Fall, the DJ Sona’s Ultimate Concert Video OR the individual songs themselves, namely kinetic and concussive. I would also suggest pentakill but they’re a metal band. There are also the raps and cyphers done by fans of the game too! I suggest checking out the This Is War series by Falconshield or some by Badministrator (Jungle King’s and Winter Is Coming being two of my favorites from his channel.)

Jhin's and Camille's login theme are pretty high on my favorite login theme list because of the beautiful, playful violin themes. It's so well thought to put them together in a story and pick up the violin theme again. Love it

The whole ppoint of this video is to motivate people to play the game ... its the start of a new season in league of legends... this was like a *get up and decide the fate*... youre right its a trailer music... impressed that u could recognize it without actually knowing the game... basically its not a trailer for league... its a trailer for YOUR gameplay. Kinda like.. decide the fate...by playing the game. So the build up is towards the new season of the game... Love your reactions btw!

The reason it doesn't have a climax is cause it's a metaphor for the lyrics. The lyrics keep repeating "Awaken, Awaken" it never reaches the conclusion of having awakened.

i think the song was meant to be left on a buildup throughout the whole thing, because even if you look at the video, there is no final fight or moment, it actually ends on them rushing to the battle which is where the buildup plays in, and they want the climax or that final moment to be when you login and play the game

The violin in this song is played by a classical violinist named Ray Chen. He happens to have a youtube channel where he flexes his soloist skills and has fun with other classical musicians. He is objectively amazing.

I would really like it if you reacted to the videos themselves too. It's awesome to hear an intelligent response to the music and what it's doing and how it's doing it, but still it'd be nice to hear you go "holy shit that was epic" to a scene like in the theatre when all the explosions go off like fireworks and there is that iconic poster shot of the guy bowing as the woman strikes down at him from the chandelier.

Would love to hear your opinion on previous League songs created for the World championship each year; Imagine Dragons - Warrior, RISE (ft. The Glitch Mob, Mako, and The Word Alive), Legends Never Die (ft. Against The Current), Zedd: Ignite, ETC.

Im a gamer and i play lol since 2nd season. The culmination of the song is on the Game. Is made for encourage us to play and give the song that moment you mencioned. Listen all the songs of this Game and you will notice that is build for being epic and motivational. It makes me wanna play forever.

Great analysis, I'd just like to bring something up about your point on the lack of climax, or the song not reaching its destination. I think you are right, but also that it's intentional. This song was released at the start of a ranked season, or basically a competition. So it would make sense to produce a song called something like "Awaken" with a timing like that, for it to be more about "Achieve greatness, I'm waiting." than something with a more traditional conclusion, since we don't know how amazing that conclusion will be.
