She can "capture" elements like water, earth, and grass to enhance her ring. Senna - a new hero in scenery. a wife to the other LoL character named Lucian and just escaped Thresh's Lantern Akali - a ninja with a mastery of blades and knives. a current member of the pop band K/DA and the leader of TRUE DAMAGE Yasuo - the samurai guy. there's nothing else

So some lore clarification here that really helps with some of the song production: The lead of this group (In-game name is Ekko), he's all about reverse/double-takes/rewind/reset. He's very much about time, so they're messing with the time signatures whenever he starts going off in the song, and it fits *UNBELIEVABLY* well with this as a lore/character/music blend.

The 2nd Ekko part isn't half-time, they just straight slowed it down. Rest of the song is about 160 and the slowed down part is about 135-140 bpm.

I've watched a ton of this dudes videos now, but this was the first one I saw. A friend sent it to me and I new the song was dope so I had to check it out. Only a few minutes in, this guy literally brought me to tears. I was born with an auditory processing disorder that limits my brain from understanding more than one sound at a time. Crazy Man After playing many more games I actually realized how balanced LoL actually is. While there are some champions that are better than others, most champions are viable or just simply good. Also usually the meta varies quite a bit which makes having stronger characters not too stale. Thing is that having a perfectly balanced game while having this many champions, items, runes, comps, etc. is impossible but they’ve been doing a fine job.

That reverse effect you were talking about. The character who is singing at that moment can rewind time about 3 or 4 seconds as part of his playstyle. It was totally intentionally to do that to stay true to the champion

At first I thought the chorus felt lackluster, like you said needed more layers of sound to make it hit harder, however the more I listen to it the more I like how it is, less instrumentation emphasizes the vocal hook more. Really liking this one.

That wasn't Keke Palmer when she says, "Now they ask where Qiqi's at." The character's name is Qiyana. It's her nickname. Still voiced by Becky G. Keke voices the chorus'. :)

Interesting note about the song - the in game skin for Ekko actually rewinds the track at parts of the game play, so the song was not only crafted to sound good going forwards, but also to sound good going backwards. Adds even more wonder to the creativity and craftsmanship of the production.

@@JS-yh2eh People complain so much about balancing. When the game has 140+ champs, 10 - 20 of them will always be problematic. There will never be real balance, just the matter of if League is fun to play or not, and the game is a lot more fun to play right now, compared to previous metas. Remember unkillable Juggernauts? Or hyper carries ADC meta where games last 50 min each. Or Arden Censers? Or League of Warmogs/League of Black Cleavers? The meta is pretty healthy for the past 1 - 2 years. 80+ champs (from a total of 140+) were picked/banned at both Worlds 2018 and 2019, showing a good amount of diversity even at the highest level.

The funny thing is the characters in this song are almost as spectacular as the song itself however the way they manifest themselves varies a lot and often playing them is more fun than being on the receiving end of them. Not to say the characters don't have fun aspects of being on the receiving end but you often can only still love the characters as I do if you like the specific character enough to forgive their frustrating to play against kits. Ekko for example yes he's frustrating to play against but I like the character too much to care that he's hard to fight. The song itself is godlike though no questions asked.
