hi everyone ,if anyone else wants to learn about speed up music try Lomonting Slow Music Mentor (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my partner got cool success with it.

From where do you download Music Trans - the official website does not say? Is it truly accurate at showing the true pitch tones of a fingerstyle guitar solo, on the keyboard note finder. (My hearing skills for transcribing are very "duff". I need to be shown the tones.)

@@vinay10949 I tried to run a metal recording with solos through anthemscore and it was a mess by the time I imported the midi into guitar pro. Any other solutions?

Sorry, but Windows 10 version crashes when trying to use effects. Also downloaded at around 20Kbs. With only 6 minutes to experiment I was lucky to find flaws before I purchased. Nice design and ideas, but not working in Windows. *my machine is clean. I am 22 year IT tech.

Not to bash the program because it looks nice and all but wouldn't Audacity be a good and free alternative for this purpose?

Audacity is more oriented to edit a file, for example if you need to change the speed, that change is permanent and you have to revert it back to change the file to another speed, while in MusicTrans everything is done in realtime, just move the slider and it's done. The same thing for the note analyzer, if you change the settings the note analyzer works with the actual audio, so you can tune it as needed - removing vocals, isolating frequencies, etc. (BTW, I'm the MusicTrans dev)

Franco Catrin thanks very much for your reply! I rarely use programs as such and therefore I'm not well integrated into the subject but it is good to read that it is much more than what I initially thought it was. I hope a lot of people will benefit from it! ☺️

I hope so! I initially started the project for me, improving some things that I didn't like from Transcribe, and trying to have something similar to Capo in Android (BTW, Capo IS the best tool that I've seen in this area). These kind of tools are incredible useful for people trying to learn a difficult solo or isolate little nuances. After many years trying to use other tools to transcribe some parts of Electric Joy by Richie Kotzen, I can say that I made MusicTrans for that purpose, and hours/days of work turned into minutes. But, as I wrote to another viewer, I'm biased ;-)

Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to learn about mp3 slow try Lomonting Slow Music Mentor (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got great success with it.
