Just played this one-hit-wonder album. The music is far nicer than much of the music of today and takes me back to a time which was far less complicated, more straight. One reefer a year, ( joint, to all you cannabis users today) was prosecuted not the same extravagant amount as today. A fun time, with far less teenage angst.

Freedom in my childhood growing up in the '70s. Rode my bike all over the place, staying out until the street lights flickered on, and the sun had dipped below the horizon. Eight track tapes, record players, knowing all your neighbors, block parties, playing with all the neighborhood kids in their yards and in the streets. Sucking on popsicles, climbing trees, and playing Ghost in the Graveyard. Beautiful memories.

Stay free and don’t let the Dems take our country over. Yes, we all do things we regret but after 14 year’s in the Army and giving all I had in me. Don’t be overly sad. 70’s was when an angel agreed to marry me. We built a tiny house and had first 2 of 4 children. She has passed now but not from my heart. The 70’s gave us special memories no one can take away. We missed the war and the holocaust and some of us Vietnam so don’t have the horrors others do. 70’s were good to us, treasures deep inside us. Every time we listen to this music others around us may never know our secrets.

This is the music from my teenage years through my early twenties. So many memories good and bad, but the best times in my life and the early 90's. I am just so grateful that I was present during that era and got to experience a way of life (a simple life) that will never be experienced by anyone again. Times will never be like they were which is very unfortunate for young people. Shoot no more cruise, no more keggers, hardly any more dances even, its sad. I guess tik tok, twitter and snapchat is their fun these days. yuk.

I’m 14 and hate the world that I have to grow up in. I shop in vintage clothes shops and antique shops, I collect vinyl records and do a 1940s,1950s and 1960s workout everyday. The music is amazing and the films. -Emma

@@EmmaRiddle543 - You are off to a wonderful start in life! You will have to seek out and meet people with your classic and vintage interests. Choose your college wisely, as it sounds like you will. Also, something that probably has not occurred to you - choose your church parish wisely. (If you are Catholic, seek out a Traditional parish (with Traditional Latin Mass, etc.) . It is full of really smart, culturally diverse, interesting people many of whom share your qualities. One millennial explained to me how t=so many millenials seek it out bc they are looking for the genuine truths, and so much about it reflects that. ). Blessings.
