You have to listen to Aurora's "Secret Garden" She wrote that for the film with the same name. Just... well, magic.

Absolutely! That's one of her, many, lesser known but top tier songs. I also think The Woman I Am, Under Stars, and Little Boy in the Grass are all some of her best...despite none being on any official album. In fact, possibly my favorite Aurora song ever....is a demo. It's "Wake Up" recorded during TGWCT sessions, but never released. Musically and lyrically....it just hits my brain just right.

@@avedic Little Boy in the Grass is indeed one of her finest,. The vid of her singing it in the boat is very emotional. I hear she very rarely performs it, for obvious reasons.

I love this version. The part that always really moves me for some reason.....is right after the second chorus and before the bridge. Her voice sort of glides up subtly in pitch and volume with this long "EEEEEEHHHHH!!!" sound. It's literally made me cry before....and music almost never makes me actually cry. idk why....but that one moment, is so painful AND hopeful.

She has a better voice than the woman who originally sang the song in the movie. Aurora was the North Wind in the movie. But, they should have had HER be the the one girl who sang the lyrics.

Absolutely beautiful version, I love it, sorry dame Idina, Aurora beat you by far....I don't like comparisons, specially between incomparables but I guess it's just a matter of taste, and I follow mine.........................................

100% agree. I like this version way way more than the Idina one. I mean, I _do_ get why Disney had Idina sing it and whatnot...it has that big bombastic Pentatonix/Glee/High School Musica "look at ME sing! lalala LAAAAA!!!!!" vibe that seems to be the go-to sound for the big song in any given Disney movie. But I love Aurora's version precisely because it's _not_ that. Honestly, it sounds like it could easily fit on any of her own albums. She just gives the song a more subtle emotional touch. And that moment between the 2nd chorus and the bridge....where she does that rising "eeeeeeeh!" vocalization...that's just so freaking gorgeous and emotionally cathartic to me.
