My grandparents, my aunt and myself rented a 1993 Ford Thunderbird back in July 1993 and drove from Toronto, Ontario down to Nashville, Tennessee, and back to Toronto. I was only 17 at the time and that car was absolutely amazing to drive! It had the 3.8 L V6 and it was absolutely smooth as butter on the highway. I would so love to have a car like that today.

Omg.. These are funny.. I had a new 89 f250. Had dual tanks and a 351 with a 5 speed... Of all the vehicles I've had, that truck ran really nice. I liked how that v8 ran. Had good power and was Extremely reliable

had an 86 ranger, an 86 bronco II, 88 bronco, 87 bronco, 79 bronco, 99 ranger, 78 f150, a 79 f150 and an 86 f250. loved everyone of them. also took my driver's license test in a 92 escort lx 2-door. my dad's old 92 f150 made to 385,000 miles before the 300 six gave up (spun a main bearing, wouldn't hold oil pressure anymore). my 86 f250 had 265,000 on it when I sold it in 2007. its still on the road today..

My dad had a 87 or 88 Ford F150 ext cab 4x4. It never let us down. I remember running to it all the time in the rain and jumping in and feeling safe. Thing felt unstoppable.

I still remember in high school when I bought a 1990 Ford F-150 as my first vehicle I ever owned. It had the 4.9 straight 6 and E4OD automatic transmission. That thing was a tank and the best truck ever and got my lawnmowing business started. I made a huge mistake selling it after high school but I lived and learned in the process. Been dying to get another one of these in the future

This for all brands, its hard to imagine seeing these cars shining and stock new, now these days its hard finding a vehicle from the 80s and 90s without rust, or engine problems.

Man these take me back. My first car in high school was a '92 Explorer XLT. Never missed a beat after 190k and my dumb teenage self beating on it relentlessly. Really been wanting to find another one, but finding a clean one these days is damn tough.

I own 2 Ford's, a 93 explorer and an 86 f150. And I just sold a 97 Mazda, that is the Sam as a ranger. I grew up a chevy guy but I turned to ford after having reliability issues with chevy, dodge and mitsubishi. My Ford's have never let me down.

Ford sure has made some damn good vehicles over the years. I’d put a ranger up against a Tacoma, or an escort up against a Corolla any day of the week. I’ve had them all over the years. Ford wins every time in my book.

I watched a big part of my life flash by on this video the topaz car I and my sister got our licenses on, the explorer I learned to drive manual transmission in, the majority of escorts except for the sport model my entire faimly had all 3 models (and 2 were wagons) for a grand total of 4 escorts in our lifespans and i had a f-150 as my last one the only thing wrong is ours were all between 1992-98 the best decade of fords ❤

I've liked the Ford lineup in the 80's such as the F-150 which liked the super cab the best & the LTD Crown Victoeia. I had a 1984 Ford Ranger i had bought preowned, I had 1995 Ford Taurus GL which never had it issues with car which bought preowned too.
