Just so y’all know : the teacher who was beheaded respected all religions, he read the Quran to not say something harmful or ignorant , before showing the caricatures, he prevented his students that it could be harmful and if they wanted to, they could leave the class. He did nothing wrong but protecting his students and teaching them the freedom of speech and explaining how people (before him now sadly) were killed for that.

I’m Muslim and I am on France’s side on this one. Yes I understand depictions of any prophet is haram or really anything in general. However killing someone over a drawing is a bit extreme. The president is just calling it what he sees. All Muslims are not the same, just like with any religion there are zealots in each and everyone. Freedom of speech we are all not going to see eye to eye but at least tolerate somebody else’s opinion. If you want to boycott French goods hey that’s your choice go right ahead. But rioting in streets and being uncivil just makes Islam/Muslims look bad all over the world.

I'm from France, and here is what I think. In France, we can talk about anything and make jokes about anyone. I'm Christian and I see no problems on making jokes about Christianity. I'm French and I have no problems making jokes on French people. So if someone wants to make a joke on your prophete, it's ok. What's not ok is to cut the head of people. You should be in the street for blaming the comportment of this guy, not blaming France for promoting freedom of speech, which is the right of every human being in France, and I hope will be gifted to anyone in the world soon.
