Especially in times of pandemics and climate change, it’s really amazing how few people ever even try to go vegetarian (or vegan) for a day, let alone a week, or let alone trying it enough to be able to compare for themselves any noticeable benefits they might have. For something so important for our health, as well as for empathy and for the environment, it’s just amazing... Plant-based foods are the #RocketFuelOfFood. Three great reasons to #SwitchToVegan / Vegetarian: 1) Health 2) Empathy 3) Environment Reasons against: 1) Habit / tradition? 2) Apathy?

All the bovines on my farm enjoy a healthy plant based diet 👍 They also get to enjoy all the trees we have planted over the years and the increased biodiversity that comes with that 😍
