Thai fish sauce is an amazing salt substitute in cooking, here in Vietnam it literally goes in everything,looking lekka...Top job gents🙌

I tasted mussel cracker by just a tiny piece of the head when I mounted the jaw with those special teeth. The meat is super delicious

Hey Rob 😊, you could use cream, but that would have the same fat content, if you're after a healthier oil, then use coconut oil, not the refined one, the actual pure coconut oil.
