Rafting in Bali was one of your fun and adventures memories from Indonesia. We rented a driver to bring us to Udud, because roads in Bali are very narrow and curvy. The whole excursion included gear, truck ride to river bed, boat with friendly and funny guides, towel, shower and lunch at end. We added extras: photos by professional photographer on the river and snacks with drinks at the rest stop.
We had very little expectations but the whole trip was a huge success. Specially for our boys 14 year old twins and a 17 year old. It was their 1st experience with rafting and it couldn't have been more perfect in difficulty and excitement. They want to do Grand Canyon in USA next.
A huge waterfall in the middle of the rafting was the biggest hit for all. Water fell down about 30 meters and boys loved going under the water fall to get a good shoulder massage. Wall carvings next to the water fall were as impressive. It took carvers several years to completed but it's an asian version of Romeo and Juliet story.
