Beautiful home and the the circle tray ceilings . The only thing is for that price the kitchen and bathrooms should have been on point, like up dated . The master bath was very basic and old and the basement should have been finished .

I agree!!! I was looking for a few more updates as well for the price, but still a very nice home.

Agreed. I think for this kind of home you might as well tack on $100k to $300k off the bat for renovations and updates. I do think in todays market $1.1M is probably about right for this much square footage, land and proximity to DC. But definitely needs a bit more of a kick inside. If I had the money I'd buy it though I tell ya that!
