So I can’t put mod podge on my face, then stick parchment paper on and iron my face? No? Ah, Bummer 😂😂😂 Well I guess I’ll continue my moisturizer with Sunscreen 😊 I love what you did with the galvanized metal flat Pail! I wish we’d get them here in NE FL! I was going to try and hit up a bunch of Dollar Trees East of the River. But every time I sat down today I fell asleep! I pretty much slept the entire day! When that happens it’s our bodies telling us “Stop” Next weekend! (Traffic here in the week is too severe) I’d love to find that! Have a fantastic week everyone 😊

Jackie, I absolutely love the first project. I love the colors and the layers....I like that you added a background and you weren't content with just painting it or just decoupaging, but you added the doily and that totally made it. Very inspiring video, Thanks.

Oh, Crystal....lol! Believe me...when I picked it up at DT, I was thinking the same thing.....until....a lady at the register changed her mind on buying the pack of doilies and I grabbed them because I thought the large one would fit that large wood round. Lol! The rest just came together in my craft room. Some projects aren't even planned. Lol! Just go with the flow....tfw and have a fantastic week. Jackie 🥰

Love all of the crafts. When using the parchment paper over the napkin, do you use a low setting?

Awww, thank you so very much, Kristin! I truly appreciate it and I'm so happy you like them. I actually used my mini easy press on high....with all three bars on. For an iron, I think as long as the steam is off and the iron doesn't burn the parchment paper, you should be good with high, as well. You need it got to reactivate the adhesive of the Mod Podge. I hope this all makes sense. Definitely give it a try on wood or metal. No plastics...lol! Tfw and have a crafty week. Jackie 🥰

I believe you do have to have an Amazon account. Another option could be to just Google the tool names in search and go from there. Which tools are you specifically interested in?

Great picks....I've seen the Cricut mini easy press at Walmart for about $50....about the same as Amazon. You can also just use an iron with no moisture...so no water in it and steam. Other viewers have seen the finger sander at Lowe's. The Dollar Tree does sell sanding blocks in the tool department. They work well too and they have fine, medium, and coarse grit textures. Oh, wow....Kimberly!! It's funny you mentioned this....because at the beginning of the year, I must've lost about 20 subscribers or so. I figured KZfaq was probably removing inactive subscribers?? Idk...but things have picked back up recently. Thanks for letting me know. As far as the Mod Podge hacks....use parchment paper and not wax paper. Parchment paper doesn't have wax that can smoke up and burn. Parchment paper is the same on both sides and super safe for irons, and still being non-stick. Oh, and the Dollar Tree does sell both. So just get the parchment paper for decoupaging. Hope this helps. Tfw and have a blessed weekend. Jackie 🥰
