Bedrooms with whole bathroom to themselves are on suites. In law suites has a sitting room and usual on the 1st floor

I love the spaciousness and the amenities. Don't worry about it your descriptions of the home is very good. The open and airy space at the front entrance and the open space adjacent to the kitchen is called an open space concept. This means the rooms appear spacious, especially with double space from the ceiling to the floor, are not closed in. The space in the master near the fireplace could be set -up as a computer nook, that is just an area with a desk and or bookshelves set -up for a computer. Upstairs is the theater room. The double doors are called French doors. There you have your exercising room and billboards ( gameroom with beverage cooler. All of these amenities is what sells the house, that's why it's important to be able to describe them. Again, use it as your "talking points" that will help sell the home.

A few suggestions; take linoleum out of your vocabulary, those floors are a beautiful luxury vinyl. The butlers pantry is the pass-through between the kitchen and dining room with the counter top and cabinet. I have not been in this area in a while and am surprised this much land was available.

Nice house. Just needs that fridge and carpet replaced for the most part. That price is low compared to others of that size in the city. Then again it’s south Fulton.

Ok that guest bedroom is great for me I’m from nyc so Everyone wants to stay with me so make them just uncomfortable enough 😂😂😂 They need to put ice on the furniture marks it come right up.

There's nothing wrong with that refrigerator. Have you seen the prices of refrigerator? That is a give me, if they leave it behind. Enclosed toilet 🚽 is a plus for all master bedroom. M

You should watch some, Daniel Hunt ( DanCan ) videos...The knowledge and presentation is worth viewing..The homes should have a clean sweep before videos are filmed.The paddle was a que dog fraternity item...I worked at Fort McPherson before it became TP studios, trying to recall this location...🏠🤔🫨
