Pretty sure bread is issued as a supplement to these rations, otherwise, why include the jam?

Hi Mark....Many thanks for watching and commenting.....I did stop making videos for about a year, because of ill health, but I have now made a few over the last couple of months....perhaps if you reset notifications by turning off the notification bell, and then turn them back on again. sometimes this resets it and hopefully you will receive notification again....ATB....Mick

Awesome Mick. Sorry I was late to livestream. I have tried many Spanish Breakfasts. They are lightweight, but tasty. The only Lunch menu I had, was squid in it's own ink. Many after affects after consuming it. Never will try it again!! I have tried the isotonic powder both ways as well. They serve the purpose, however, not the most appetizing regardless, LOL. The stew looked good, shame the meat was tough. Glad the sausage made up for it. Sorry not the best over all. Tuna and jam, seems average. You have had better and worse meals friend. I can imagine their troops feel like Christmas has arrived when working with UN troops and they get their hands on some good rations...Take care my friend..ATB...Mick

Hi....Thanks for watching and commenting ... Sometimes you come across something this bad....but I feel more sorry for the troops who have to rely on this as their only sustenance ... It feeds you just, but it's certainly not a moral booster .....ATB...Mick

It did look like quite a sparse meal considering how nany calories a soldier needs to consume in a day. Seems odd to not include any kind of bulking food like bread or crackers. I know you said one of the meals comes with crackers but if you field stripped the rations and didnt want to stuff your pockets with crackers it seems like a very soupy kind of meal to have by itself. No tea or coffee, either. I get taking isotonic drinks, but damn, put a flavour in it to hide the isotonic taste. Tuna in oil.. i like tuna, but in spring water, or at worst brine. I guess the rat budget went on the fancy squid 😂 Great review Michael but it doesnt make me want to try a Spanish ration 😂
