What a fun shopping trip! To me the 80s were the toys I was buying for my oldest daughter and this brought back so many memories! I decorated her nursery in Care Bears and she loved those even into adulthood, I remember her playing with SeaWees in the bathtub, she had her Jem dolls (Mama bought a set of Donny and Marie dolls for herself!), and My Little Ponies were one of her favorite things ever. Sweet memories of my dear girl!

In front of the fuzzy pins are Fairy Winkles! I had all 3 of those sets plus one more. I found a set I didn't have on Mercari last year for cheap, and it was complete. They were so cute. 17:27 I had that Flinstones Kids Betty toy since Betty was my favorite Flinstones character! My brother had the Fred one they made.

So funny I was at this shop the weekend before you guys! I got some Cyndi Lauper trading cards! My husband got some mad magazine cards and muscle toys 🥰🥰🥰 I almost bought the Barbie and the Rockers lunchbox with thermos!!

WOW:)!! I LOVE THIS STORE:)!!! And Rachel, I played with an Atari System, which I shared with my Brother:)!! We LOVED to play Pitfall and Pac-Man:)!! I also still have my Ms. Pac-Man Mini Arcade and IT STILL WORKS with batteries:)!! I so LOVE the toys from the 80s, even better than most from the 70s:)!! However, I still have my Holly Hobbie Doll and I still have my Raggedy Andy (However, Raggedy Andy is in bad shape!! I used to have the Holly Hobbie Colorform, but sadly it was lost to the sands of time:(. And I so LOVE the Barbie Star Vette:)!! I still have my Brooke Shields Doll:)!! I have some of the Michael Jackson Stickers in my Sticker Album from the 80s, from my youth:)!! And from this Store, I so LOVE Polly Pocket, Rose Petal Place Doll, Hello Kitty, My Melody, or any thing Sanrio, Smokey the Bear, Monchhichi Plush, all Raggedy Anns and Raggedy Andys, Garfield Plush, ALL Care Bears, and My Little Ponies:)!! I have about 4 My Little Ponies:)!! I was not into the Ponies back in the 80s, but I am into them now because of a few You Tubers who opened my eyes to their cuteness:)!! I have three MLPs are Anniversary Ponies from Gen 1 that I bought from Target: Parasol, Cotton Candy, and Windy as well as I just can not unbox them:)!! One of the original Ponies, I bought from my Church Thrift Shop: Majesty from the Dream Castle Series:)!! I just wish I could find more original My Little Ponies from the 80s:)!! Thank you Rachel for sharing this totally awesome store:)!!! And thank you Bradley Justice Yarbrough for sharing all the awesome Toys you bought and I really love many of the same things:)!! And I so LOVED the Snoopy Colorform because I also LOVE Snoppy:)!! I just wish this Rad Fifty Two Eighties was in my City:)!! And I so LOVE Rock Music from the 80s the best of all:)!!!!!

Oh my gosh I have to go to this store when I visit my sister in Denver! Also, when the guy who owns the store is talking there is a collection of Strawberry Short Cake behind him and the camera Never pans over to show the collection and I kept wondering if they had any of that collection in that store 😢🍓 🍰

I've been to this store! I don't remember if I bought anything, but I had a great time looking around. The 80s were my teen years, so I had a similar reaction to Bradley when I walked in. I'm so glad we have cool stuff like this here in Denver. I have restored so many Barbie vehicles like the Star 'Vette that Bradley bought. I like to take old vehicles, carefully remove the labels, and scan and digitally restore them so they can be reprinted and freshly applied. I've even made customized variants of the Star 'Vette for Christie and P.J. using the 1976 Classy Corvette and the Big Jim Lazervette as a starting point. Christie got the yellow Corvette, and P.J. got the black one with laser guns that pop out of the hood of the car. By far the most ambitious project I did was the 1976 Star Traveler Motorhome, that was a HUGE label project I did with a friend of mine. He sent me labels that he had removed from his playset, and that kind of got the ball rolling on restoring doll cars and playsets for me.

The 80s was such a weird decade, it was a combination of many genres that have nothing to do with each other, but seems to blend together in a totally natural way. Like wrestling and pop rock. The ivy league preppy look and red leather suits.
