When we do try to help our people they don't appreciate the help they end up becoming codependent. This doesn't happen in all cases but look at how we keep depending on the government to fix Black America. Why does it take us so long to create a Helping Hands Network that benefits our people. It seems like black people always want to rely on one person as a messiah

Cam wasn’t trying to change his mind. He was asking what he should’ve done. Easy to judge with no answer. Stop talking about the problem and bring something to the table if you disagree.

What Cam is missing is he could have done that at JSU. Deion is doing what MLK did, leading black people into intergration.

This just my opinion but I think people are upset because the way Deion was talking about how he was going to make HBCU schools better. It's nothing wrong with Deion going to Colorado but he should have been honest about his reasons for going to Jackson State.

It’s because Dieon made it seem as if he was going to uplift black children and all HBCUs to bring power to those organizations that are black.

When have you heard of Deion helping poor people in the hood? When? Are you listening to what the man is saying or is it a mental block because he's a Celebrity you like? Deion ain't your friend. He's a Con man. Religion really have our people messed up.
