I had a confidence problem so I would get to know who I was playing with so I could be more confident in doing the same stuff I do in practice in the game. I also played a befriended people who were super better than me to learn new things. You got this

Hey thincpro. So I'm 13, turning 14 in two months, 6'0, and I can dunk, but not consistently. I'm also hoping to be a starting forward on my school's varsity team this season, and I need tips on how to perfect the run-up for an in game dunk and be a better rebounder/post scorer in general.
