@yofonzz, at first I could not get into your videos at first because I felt you spoke too much. But now… I understand. I’m now abarber and I’m rewatching your videos and I actually appreciate what you’re doing. A lot of KZfaq barbers would not share these types of episodes and what that does is make upcoming barbers like myself think doing haircuts and dealing with customer is easy. Let me be one to say, it sure is not! You did a great job with his beard at first but he did not like it. It’s his choice and we can not fault him for that. As barbers we try to put our customers interest first hand. However, like you said in the other video, “it does not matter what you want the customers are the ones that pays the bills."

Personally had barbers speak about my brother being picky and he’s discouraged of going to a barber. He is balding and has a high widow peak but after studying and watching a lot of vids hopefully one day I’ll be good enough to cut my brothers hair. All the while I don’t intend to be a barber but I want to learn because I like how I feel after a cut..when the barber actually takes his time with me, though I’m not losing hair or anything. I know when a barber cares for the client or not. Hell, I don’t even go get cut from the barbers who talked smack. Can’t give bullspit cuts while expecting good money from my pocket lol. I think you should do, if not already done (newly subscribed) a video cutting homeless folks and bringing them back to life👍🏼

*Shape of the bottom length of the beard was superb* Thats a 'business beard' --they can't say nothin when its that shaped. I did like the higher beard line, but I usually always like the highest clean line based on how it grows. Lower line showed some rough skin, if I was him I'd have left it covered up.

I try to consider how to make the client's preferred style last the longest. I believe Fonz was thinking along this line by balding the top of the side burns and thinning out longer hair at the top of the beard line (cheeks). Likewise, the higher beard line would have allowed the shorter hair around the cheeks to grow back out more subtly over time giving the style greater longevity prior to needing another hair cut. Fire cut, even better counsel!!!
