Don't worry I will help you.. 1.she does face wash everyday. So buy a face wash suitable for u( both morning and evening) 2.skin care. Vitamin c, niacinamice, salysilic acid..creams. 3.reducing junk food.. 4.drinking enough water 5.avoiding sun.apply sunscreen.

Just letting you know, using vitamin C before your sunscreen does help with making the sunscreen work better. But if you think you cannot reapply sunscreen often better to use only during nights

Definitely i joined gym ,for that i followed gym diet totally avoided oil food and sugar based foods ,my skin got better ,collagen boost gives u glow ,dont touch junk food again
