فضیلہ آپ بہت پیاری ہو اور جو کچھ کہتی ہو اولاد اور شوہر کے لیے کہہ ان کے لیے اچھے کھانے پکانا انکو کھلانا بہت اچھا لگتا ہے یہ بلکل درست ہے۔کتنی گرمی ہو ہمیں انکی محبت میں کوئی فرق نہیں پڑتا۔ہم بھی دل سے لذیذ کھانے پکاتے ہیں۔آپکا پکانے کا انداز بھی ہماری طرح کا ہے۔خوش رہیے صحت مند رہیے آمین❤❤❤

Sahi tariqa yehi hai jo ap ne kaha khaas kr daal gosht ka 👍 !! aur oper se halka sa Pisa hua garam masala must dalte hain !! Kaye gharano mein Baqi saray khano ko soond kr pakate hein, end mein gosht bhoon kr koi bhi sabzi add karden , phir dam pr rakh den ,, bht asaan tariqa hai main khudh aese he banati ! Lekin daal gosht jese ap banati hein mostly sb aese he banate hein 👍

میں بھی گوشت میں پانی اور لہسن ادرک نمک مرچ ہلدی اور بری الاٸیچی دار چینی پیاز سب کچھ ڈال کے ککر میں گلا لیتی ہوں اور دال کو الگ بواٸل کر کے جب گوشت بھونتی ہوں پھر دال ایڈ کر کے 20 منٹ دم لگاتی ہوں اینڈ میں گرم مسالا ہری مرچ دھنا ادرک ڈال کے 5 منٹ مزید دم لگاتی ہوں بس
