Biryani is a food that really intrigues me. So many different ways of making it. Every biryani is identical yet slightly different in some make making it taste familiar and different at the same time. Indians fight about which biryani is the best but I think all of them are great in their own way. Personally, I have only tried Kolkata, Hyderabadi, Lucknowi, and Delhi biryanis and I hope to explore many more types of biryanis in the future. I know I am going to love them and looking forward to it.

This is my favourite style biryani. It’s known in different places with different names and slight variations. Bangladesh, Pakistan, Chennai, Punjab, some parts of Jharkhand, Hyderabad too.
