Mutton Chaanp: 1 Kg
Yogurt: ¾ Cups
lemon Juice: 4 tbsp
Malt Vinegar: 3 Tbsp
Garlic Paste: 2 Tbsp
Ginger Paste: 2 Tbsp
Yellow Onion Paste: 2 Tbsp
Green Papaya paste; 2 tbsp
Mustard Oil: 2 Tbsp
Salt: ½ Tbsp
Black salt: 1 Tsp
Red chili powder: 1 Tbsp
Turmeric : 1 Tsp
Qasoori Methi: 1tbsp
SPECIAL BURRA MASALA:
Cumin seeds: 2 Tbsp
Black pepper: 1 Tbsp
Cloves: 1 Tsp
Black cardamom: 4
Green cardamom: 12
Cinnamon Stick 1 of 2”
Javetri Flacks: 1 Tsp
Jyfal: ½ ball
Grind all whole spices very fine and use 1 TBSP for 1 kg mutton
